Head of intermediary services Jonty Warneken, based in the firm’s Harrogate office, will oversee the managers and two administrative staff in Teesside, which will be the firm's fourth office in the north England.
Tindle was former divisional director and head of the Brewin Dolphin Teeside office. Prior to this, she was a director of Wise Speke’s Middlebrough office.
Richardson was most recently a divisional director at Brewin Dolphin, having been previously employed at Stancliffe Todd and Hodgson, where he headed up their financial planning subsidiary.
Similarly, Pearson also was most recently a divisional director at Brewin Dolphin in Teeside.
McMullan joins from Brewin Dolphin where he worked as investment manager.

Earlier this month, Brewin Dolphin launched legal action against Charles Stanley concerning the exodus of staff in March 2013, who left to form a Leicester base for Charles Stanley.
