A new team covering private debt and real assets has been created and will be led by David Bouchoucha.
The THEAM, multi-asset solutions and CamGestion teams will be merged in order to streamline services with current THEAM CEO Denis Patel at the helm.
The firm confirmed it will maintain its current advisory and risk management services for institutional investors.
However, it also added it had new plans to target retail investors with retirement savings products and expand its offering for insurers and pension funds.
It will also accelerate its development in Germany, China and the US while partnering with other firms to keep up with changes in robo-advice, coding and artificial intelligence.
