Fidante Partners has lost Nora O’Mahony as its head of product less than a year after she joined the business.
O’Mahony will join BMO Global Asset Management as head of product for EMEA as the fund house regionalises its product team. She had joined Fidante in April 2019, from Pacific Asset Management, where she had worked since the start of 2018.
Prior to that she spent 15 years at Gam Investments, where she worked her way up to global head of product.
Portfolio Adviser understands her responsibilities will be split among the existing team.
At BMO GAM, she will be focused on multi-asset and ESG solutions, as well as liability-driven investments and fiduciary solutions. She will work closely with the product development and product control teams, which will report into her.
O’Mahony will report to BMO GAM chief executive Kristi Mitchem, who joined the Canadian asset manager in March 2019 from Wells Fargo Asset Management.
