Both join from HSBC Global Asset Management where Girault was a director and Dickens an investment manager.
Girault has been in the private client management sector for over 17 years while Dickens has been in the industry seven years. Both will be based in London.
“The main focus for the business going forward will be to achieve our ambitious expansion plans through both organic and non-organic growth,” said chief executive Harry Burnham. “Andre and Tim will play a central role in these plans as we utilise their vast knowledge and experience across the team,” he added.
