With more than 10 year’s experience, Markanday has been tasked with co-managing the Diversified Real Assets and Diversified Global Income funds and the multi-manager Monthly High Income Fund.
He will also lead on UK fixed income and the fixed income side of alternatives, such as asset-backed securities.

Markanday, a qualified charted financial analyst, began working for Russell Investments in Sydney as an investment consultant. After being promoted to deputy portfolio manager he moved to London as a portfolio manager on a number of different funds.
