Effective immediately, Jacqui Davidson-Slack and Andrew Waters arrive at the firm as wealth planner and wealth planning executive, respectively.

Furthermore, following on from Arbuthnot Latham bringing in former Brown Shipley man Richard Moore to head up the firm’s regional operations in July, a spokesperson confirmed that the stage is set for future additions.

They said: “There are a lot of clients in the North West, and by opening our Manchester branch last year in addition to the existing Exeter and London offices we have completed the ‘triangle of England’.

“Now that we have brought in Richard [Moore], there will certainly be more appointments to the Manchester office in the future.”

Davidson-Slack arrives from an eight-year spell as a financial planner with Brewin Dolphin, prior to which she held financial adviser roles with IFG Financial Services, Sedgwick Independent Financial Consultants and Halifax.

Waters joins following a para-planner berth at Kellands (Hale), having previously been a wealth executive with Barclays Wealth & Investment Management.

Arbuthnot Latham CEO James Fleming said: “Davidson-Slack and Waters have a wealth of experience which they are bringing to Arbuthnot Latham in the North West at a time when we are strengthening our presence in the region with new appointments and a focus to increase client numbers.”

The appointments come as part of the ongoing development of the firm’s North West branch. Since opening last year, the Manchester office has seen a variety of private bankers and financial planners brought in, alongside the appointment of regional head Moore.
