Amundi hires joint multi-asset heads

Amundi has hired Raphaël Sobotka as head of multi-asset for retail clients and Laurent Tignard as head of multi-asset for institutional clients.

Both will report to Vincent Mortier, global head of multi-assets and deputy chief investment officer.

Sobotka will work with private banks, wealth managers, third party distributors, employee savings, and pension providers, offering advisory services and savings solutions that meet their risk-return objectives.   

Tignard will serve sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies and others by developing tailor-made services such as fiduciary platforms, management of dedicated mandates and asset allocation advisory services.

Amundi said in a low interest rate, volatile envirnoment it believes multi-asset expertise is central to the needs of investors.

Amundi has over €100bn under management in multi assets, and €200bn of advised assets with a team of 120 staff.
