Alex Stanić exits Artemis for AustralianSuper

His responsibilities will be absorbed by the wider global equities team

Artemis head of global equities Alex Stanić (pictured) has exited the firm to join Australia’s largest superannuation fund.

Stanić was also lead manager of the firm’s Global Select and Global Focus strategies. He also previously held senior portfolio management roles at JPMorgan Asset Management, River & Mercantile Asset Management and Newton Investment Management.

He will join AustralianSuper in the firm’s London office in May as head of core equity within international equities.

An Artemis spokesperson confirmed his responsibilities will be absorbed by the wider global equities team.
