Now named Albion Capital, the rebrand follows its acquisition of OLIM Investment Managers in September 2016 which expanded its assets under management and administration to just under £1bn.

It now operates six VCTs with a value of £340m as well as the UCL Technology Fund, Albion Community Power and Albion Care Communities.

Patrick Reeve, managing partner at Albion Capital, said the firm supported “ambitious growth strategies”.

He said: “We make sustainable returns by backing businesses for the long-term to give clients growth, income and lasting value.

“We are now in a position to leverage the complementary skills of our expanded investment team and look forward to making the most of the opportunities that the Albion Capital brand will deliver.”
