Tilly will assist in managing the team’s range of pooled funds, with a specific focus on fixed income funds.
Her direct report is Graham Duce, co-head of multi-manager funds at the firm.
Previously Tilly worked at Broadstone Pensions & Investments where she was responsible for fixed income manager research and selection, covering both traditional and absolute return strategies.
Before that she worked at Stanhope Capital.
Duce, said: "Having a dedicated fixed income analyst will enhance our capabilities not only in the long only bond universe, but the absolute space as well."
