He is joining the executive committee and reports to CEO David Hobbs.
Prior to accepting the new role, McMahon gained extensive senior level experience including as director of strategy and marketing at AXA, managing director at AXA Elevate, and group marketing director of AEGON.
Prior to joining Cofunds, he most recently was CEO of FNZ, a role he stepped from in March 2013. He left the platform provider after less than a year in the role.
Commenting on the appointment Hobbs said:
“We have big plans for this business, and having his knowledge and drive at the top table will be invaluable.”
