Jing Hu has joined the Rathbones team from Arbuthnot Latham where she spent three years as an analyst.
She focused on conducting fund due diligence and Chinese investments.
At Rathbones she will report to Ed Smith, the firm’s asset allocation strategist, and focus on macroeconomics and strategy research.
A spokesperson for Rathbones said: “We continue to strengthen our research team, and Jing’s appointment adds further depth to this resource, expanding our macroeconomics and strategic asset allocation capabilities.
