She will work closely with director James Priday, who heads up the platform Strawberry Invest.
In her new role, she will be responsible for continuing to develop the direct-to-consumer investment platform.
Launched at beginning of the year, the platform aims to to reveal the charging structures it accused many existing offerings of hiding or overcomplicating for investors.
Prior to the new appointment, Dodson was manager of advisory service at Cavendish Online. Previously, she worked as a financial adviser at Lloyds Bank.
“Kath joins Prydis Wealth as a financial planner and will also work on furthering the Strawberry Invest platform. We are looking forward to expanding our team with Kath’s experience and expertise,” Priday said.
