Meera Hearnden has left her role as investment director at Parmenion after seven years with the firm.

She will take a break from the industry before deciding on her next move.

Earlier in her career she held a senior investment manager role there, and before that worked as an analyst at Hargreaves Lansdown.

Writing on LinkedIn, Hearnden said: “Having joined Parmenion in 2014, I have made a very difficult decision to step away from my role and take a little break before deciding on next steps.

“When I joined, we had just passed £1bn in AUM and it’s been an honour to be part of its growth journey with £12bn in assets today.

“I’m incredibly proud of everyone who has contributed to this growth, but especially the investment team, who I’ll miss dearly.”
