The Mid Wynd International board has appointed Anulika Malomo as an independent non-executive director, beginning 24 October.
Malomo has been a non-executive director of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited since May 2022.
She previously held investment banking positions at Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs as well as private equity roles at Sagana, Carlyle and Soros Fund. She has over 17 years of industry experience.
