Tilney has hired Ross Anders as a partner for its London financial planning team.
Anders joins Tilney from Whitefoord Wealth Management where he was also a partner, focusing mainly on advising senior executives in the oil and gas sector. During his 10 years in the industry he has also worked at Citi and Dart Capital.
At Tilney Anders will work closely with the investment management team as part of the firm’s “dual expert approach”.
Commenting on Anders appointment Tilney London managing partner Anil Khiani touted his “wealth of experience”, adding he would be “hugely influential in our next stage of growth”.
“This is a very exciting time for the business as we look to attract talented individuals to further develop our highly qualified team,” Khiani said.
Tilney currently oversees £25bn worth of assets for private investors, charities and intermediaries.
