Palmer joins PBIM’s London office from Attivo Investment Management, the wealth manager acquired by Quilter Cheviot earlier this year. At Attivo, he was an investment manager running discretionary portfolios from the London office.
Peregrine & Black is a partner firm of Raymond James. It offers discretionary investment management, execution only, foreign exchange and asset-based lending services.
Before joining Attivo, Palmer was at 1st Port Asset Management for seven years where he held positions as an investment adviser and investment manager.
