As announced in May, the deal also sees Paul Craig (pictured) moving over as manager of the range, which consists five risk-rated multi-manager funds and four passive vehicles.
The range, primarily used by IFA network Intrinsic’s restricted advisers, will not be renamed as Old Mutual Cirilium and comes under the John Ventre-led multi-asset team which manages over £8bn.
Paul Feeney, chief executive of Old Mutual Wealth, said: “Full ownership of Cirilium provides continuity to financial advisers and their clients, whilst at the same time enabling them to benefit from the extensive resources of the multi-asset desk within Old Mutual Global Investors.
“This is now one of the leading multi-asset teams in the market, providing a wide range of investment solutions across all major platforms and providers.”
