The funds, which have an aggregate £51bn under management, will mirror the investment strategies of some of the leading retail funds in market.
Investors and advisers will be able to access the funds through a range of Skandia products, and the range will be enhanced by a new managed portfolio service utilising funds within it.
Regulatory approval has been granted to four funds, the Old Mutual Henderson European Growth Fund, the Old Mututal Schroder Tokyo and US Mid Cap funds and the Old Mutual Threadneedle American Select Fund. The funds will be released in tranches over the coming months.

Our objective is to offer a desirable proposition at a very competitive price, making it a great choice for advisers whether they build portfolios for their clients in-house or wish to utilise our new managed portfolio service.”
