Stephen Massey will assume the role of chairman of the Canaccord Genuity Wealth board in the UK. 
 
Esfandi spent nine years at Deutsche Bank, in a variety of roles before joining Ashcourt Rowan as managing director – asset management, a role he held for just 21 months before leaving in October to join his family business, Dwyer Asset Management.
 
Massey was formerly the principal and founder of Eden Financial, and joined Canaccord Genuity following the acquisition of Eden Financial’s wealth management business in October 2012.
