In its strategic plan up until 2020, the firm revealed it will be renamed BNP Paribas Asset Management from 1 June this year and plans to undergo a major expansion of its products and services.
The firm, an autonomous arm of the global bank BNP Paribas, said it would build on its existing strategies in active and passive fund management as well as its equity and fixed income offerings to grow assets under management by 5% each year.
A main aim of the changes is to simplify the processes and organisation of the firm, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
CEO Frédéric Janbon said: “Our aim is to build on our core strengths to become a leading provider of quality investment solutions for individual, corporate and institutional investors.
“We are investing in a scalable platform on which to base our future growth globally and achieve sustainable long-term success.
“By streamlining our operating model and product range, we will be very well placed to deliver high-quality products and solutions at the right price to our clients.
“We believe that this will enable us to meet our growth targets and will be the key to our success.”
