The new hires reflect the firm’s focus on enhancing its range of investment solutions in global rates and money market strategies.

Sujay Shah joined the team in July, with a focus on global and UK bond portfolios. Prior to joining, he was at Goldman Sachs, where he developed relative value strategies within G10 interest rate markets and undertook macro strategies across liquid asset classes. Before this, he worked for seven years at the Bank of England in a number of roles in the markets division.

Meanwhile Paul Robinson joined in June, focusing on short duration interest rate strategies and money markets. Robinson joined with more than twenty years of experience in financial services. Previously he was at ICAP, having worked at JP Morgan before that, where he was responsible for the analysis and trading of a broad range of money market and short duration instruments and developed fixed income relative value and macro strategies.
