Both started in their newly-created positions on 10 March and report to investment director Duncan Stratford.
Ross serves as investment director, managing portfolios and advising private clients on investment opportunities. He spent the past 18 months as a private wealth director with family office Jonathanfry. He was previously a vice president and investment adviser at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. Earlier in his career, Adam worked for Barclays and Coutts & Co. as a Private Banker.
Horan joins as associate director and will manage portfolios and advise senior executives. Prior to this role, he held a similar position at Killik & Co. He was also employed at BDO Investment Management.
