The physically-backed ETF is managed by parent company State Street Global Advisers’ corporate bond team and expands the range of SPDR fixed income ETFs in Europe to 15.
The SPDR BofA Merrill Lynch Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Ucits ETF is designed to give investors a diversified portfolio of investment grade and high yield emerging market corporate debt denominated in US dollar.
SPDR said it tracks a well-known benchmark from BofAML, covering more than 25 markets, around 600 issues and approximately 230 issuers with a minimum rating of CCC.

Clients are looking for opportunities to diversify their portfolios within emerging markets across both equity and fixed income. ETFs provide a liquid, diverse and cost-effective way to achieve that.”
