Mitchell will be tasked with building up its managed portfolio service via Ascentric and Novia and further developing the bespoke discretionary fund management offering to the IFA market.
She will report to Mickey Morrissey, head of distribution at Smith & Williamson Investment Management.
Mitchell joins from Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management where she was business development manager for the past four years, responsible for developing a multi-channel IFA solution.
