Cazenove Capital’s hiring spree has continued with the wealth manager adding two more people to its wealth planning team.
Wesley Harrison joins as a wealth planning director from Investec where he was responsible for advising some of the firm’s largest clients. He also managed a team of planners based in the Guildford office.
Rosie Gibbs joins as a wealth planner having spent the past eight years at Saunderson House where she specialised in providing financial planning advice to current and retired partners of leading City law and accountancy firms. She is a chartered financial planner.
In their new roles, which will be based in London, Harrison and Gibbs will advise clients on a broad range of wealth planning needs, leveraging Cazenove Capital’s investment structuring, estate planning and retirement offerings.
They are the latest in a series of strategic hires to grow Cazenove Capital’s wealth planning presence across the UK. Over the past 12 months, the firm has appointed an additional six people to its wealth planning team, including Lee Sweeting in Bristol; Omar Iqbal in Birmingham; Adam Bickell in Manchester and Nick Keenan in Edinburgh.
Mary-Anne Daly, CEO at Cazenove Capital, said: “We are dedicated to growing our clients’ wealth and preserving it for future generations, and wealth planning is a pivotal element of our long-term partnership with clients.
“This client-centric culture, together with our ability to draw on the formidable investment expertise and financial strength of our parent, the Schroders Group, is a distinctive feature of our business. I am delighted to welcome our new colleagues who reflect our commitment to ensuring more clients can benefit from our service.”
