In his new role Wilson will be responsible for further developing the ultra-high-net-worth and global family office franchise within the London GEM team. He will focus on developing new client relationships and deepening relationships with existing clients.
Wilson brings 35 years of investment banking experience with UBS and its predecessor firm S.G. Warburg. He has held a series of senior positions within UBS Investment Bank, many with a GEM focus, including head of investment banking – Austria and Central & Eastern Europe, head of investment banking – Russia, head of investment banking – Asia and head of the UHNW-focused corporate owners group.

Wilson’s appointment is the latest in a string of hires to the GEM London team, including Sofia Sool as head of wealth management for central and eastern Europe and Abdallah Najia head of Middle East and North Africa, both based in London
