NGA, which is the distribution arm of Natixis Global Asset Management, said the fund is a highly concentrated portfolio of approximately 20 US stock holdings.
The so-called Harris Associates Concentrated US Value Fund will hold large and mid-cap companies and has the objective of long-term growth of capital.
It is managed by a team led by Robert Levy, chief investment officer for US equities and Mike Mangan and Edward Loeb, who are both portfolio managers at Harris Associates.
Harris is an affiliate of Natixis Global Asset Management and follows a strict value-orientated investment approach.
It seeks to identify companies with stocks trading at a "substantial discount to its estimate of their intrinsic value", which also have growing free-cash flow and "management teams that think and act like owners".
The Concentrated US Value Fund is a sub-fund of Natixis International Funds I, an open-ended Luxembourg-domiciled Ucits fund and is available to UK investors in sterling.
