As a result of a sales team reshuffle announced in December 2013, the group has appointed Marcroft in a new position as sales manager for the region. He started on 10 February and is responsible for developing and advancing key relationships with independent financial advisers and regional discretionary firms throughout the region.

Marcroft reports to Rob Sedgley, head of the IFA and regional discretionary sales team.

“Keith brings extensive experience serving a wide range of retail clients and has a deep regional network of contacts. He will enhance an already strong team and enable us to continue to focus on excellent client service,” said Michael Parsons, head of JPMAM's field sales team.

Prior to joining the group, Marcroft was employed as senior regional sales manager at HSBC Global Asset Management, where he was responsible for sales strategy for HSBC’s range of onshore and offshore products across asset classes to clients in the north of England.

Previously he served in senior sales roles at BlackRock, Close Finsbury Asset Management, Edinburgh Fund Managers, and Henderson Investors.
