Jason Evans, previously a regional sales manager covering London, has been promoted to the newly created position of head of financial institutions, while Chris Lyes has been promoted to head of regional sales.

The responsibility for these areas previously fell directly under Ian Trevers, head of UK retail at the firm.
According to Invesco Perpetual, in his new position, Evans will head up a newly created financial institutions group that has been charged with: “developing Invesco Perpetual’s relationships with discretionary asset managers, retail and private banks, wealth managers, family offices and national/networked advisers”.

Lyes’ 30 strong team, includes head of Invesco’s internal sales Nicki Hayden and is, Invesco said: “dedicated to extending Invesco Perpetual’s coverage and ability to communicate effectively with advisers across the country”.
Lyes and Evans will work alongside head of life companies, Chris Donnelly, and James Rawson, head of platform distribution.

Trevers said: “These changes position Invesco Perpetual for continued success across a market landscape that is being reshaped by regulation and competition.”
