He joined the firm in 2010 and manages the £603m Threadneedle European Fund and £44.6m Pan European Equity Dividend Fund.
Paul Doyle will assume the lead manager role for the European Fund and Dan Ison for the Pan European Equity Dividend Fund.
“Nick Davis, European equities fund manager, has decided to leave Threadneedle and we wish him well,” a company spokesperson said.
