Feridun becomes manager of investment research within its wealth management client business and will report to chief investment officer Caspar Rock.

Feridun was at Stonehage Fleming for over 10 years, most recently as head of manager selection. In this role he was responsible for managing investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutions.

Cazenove Capital has appointed Ahmet Feridun as manager of investment research within its wealth management client business.

Rock said Cazenove is looking to expand its fund research team. He welcomed Feridun’s knowledge of the high net worth sector.

Cazenove, focussed on the UK and Channel Islands, services private individuals, family offices, trusts, institutions and charities.

In January 2017, Feridun told Portfolio Adviser Stonehage Fleming was ditching wholly active portfolios in favour of more passive exposure.
