The Amundi ETF Floating Rate Euro Corporate 1-3 UCITS ETF targets the corporate bond market, and should be available as a UK listing in early 2015, with other European listings to follow.
The fund has been listed on Euronext Paris since September and was registered with the FCA on 2 December. Other European countries are likely to follow in the coming months.
It is passively-managed by Laurent Trottier, Amundi’s head of index management, and his Paris-based index management team.
Amundi launched the fund in order to provide investors with an option for portfolio insulation from interest rate fluctuations.
It tracks the Markit iBoxx EUR FRB 1-3 index, through both rises and falls in performance, and carries a TER of 0.18%.
