Investment management consultancy Alpha FMC has made three hires to expand its wealth management team.

Toby Henry has joined as a principal from global business and technology consultant Capco, while Bradley Northrop and Patrick Dennien join as senior managers, both from EY.

Henry (far right, above) previously led the digital wealth and strategy practices at Capco. He has more than 10 years’ experience in consulting for wealth managers, asset managers and global private banks across the UK, Europe and North America, particularly in emerging technology, digital transformation and fintech.

Northrop (second from right), meanwhile, has more than 10 years’ experience managing technology, business change and transformation programmes across wealth management and financial planning firms.

Dennien (far left) has nine years’ experience in regulatory and technological change in wealth and asset management, including Mifid II and Solvency II implementation programmes.

Alpha FMC head of wealth UK Kenn Taylor (second from left) said: “Wealth managers need to change their business models, adopting new strategies and innovative technologies which solve the increasingly complex needs of customers, advisers and regulators. Many more companies in the sector are beginning to offer wealth management and financial planning services to their clients, and our growing wealth practice is well placed to meet this demand.

“As our wealth practice continues to expand, we are delighted to welcome Toby, Bradley and Patrick to our team. They will bring invaluable insight and experience to our leading offering and help us deliver superlative business change initiatives for our clients.”
